TOWER Awards Co-Chairman PE Herminio S. Esguerra congratulates this year's winners and commends partners DOLE, PMAP and PAGCOR.
On behalf of the Rotary Club of Manila, I wish to extend my warmest felicitations and congratulations to this year's winners of the TOWER Awards!
The Filipino blue-collar worker has been known worldwide for their great passion, integrity and professionalism in everything that they do. These qualities have not only brought economic gains to our nation, but have also been a source of immense pride and encouragement among our people. This pride is what we, at the Rotary Club of Manila, have been celebrating through the TOWER Awards. Since 1975, the TOWER Awards Program has been recognizing the contribution of our Filipino workers to economic development while uplifting Filipino workers' morale, enhancing individual career opportunities, and promoting industrial peace.
Finally, I wish to commend our partners, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP), without which the search for the most outstanding workers of the Republic would not be the success it is today. Likewise we want to acknowledge the continuous support of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ( PAGCOR) to the yearly staging of prestigious TOWER Awards.
