Message from the Office of the President, People Management Association of the Philippines

We are grateful for the continued and valuable partnership with the Rotary Club of Manila and the Department of Labor and Employment for The Outstanding Workers of the Republic Award. As an association that advocates for People First practices, and the development and welfare of the workforce, we are one with the Rotary Club of Manila in pursuing this endeavor that seeks to recognize outstanding innovations and achievements of non-supervisory employees. Moreover, we are one with the Rotary Club in our goals of promoting the dignity of labor in the Philippines.

Although the COVID-19 pandemic may have halted our Awards for the last two years, we believe that the crisis did not stop our innovative and creative thinkers. It is our great pleasure that we are one with the Rotary Club of Manila and DOLE in this quest to find and select the best of the best, and the most outstanding innovators of 2022 – world-class and truly worthy of the recognition as a TOWER Awardee.
