Throughout nearly 30 in the service at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, He has worked both in Bilateral and Multilateral Diplomacy; He was member of the High Level Trask Force to draft the ASEAN Charter. He is currently senior official for sub – regional and inter-regional frameworks of Cooperation such as CLVM, ACMECS, Mekong-Ganga Cooperation, Mekong - Japan Cooperation, Mekong- Republic of Korea Cooperation, Mekong-Lancang Cooperation, Lower Mekong Initiative (Mekong-US), and Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD). He also participated in many United Nations General Assembly Sessions, APEC Summit, G- 20 Summit and the Belt and Road Leader’s Meeting.
