RCMFI Updates – October 12, 2022

The Executive Committee of RCMFI met last week in a hybrid meeting, with physical attendees hosted at RCMFI Chair Pepo Nunez’s office at Pacific Star Plaza, with RCMFI President Lito Sibayan presiding. Other physical attendees were Treasurer Paco Magsaysay, Asst. Treasurer Willie Pelino, Asst. Secretary Anton Mauricio, and Trustee Jujut Enriquez, along with RCMFI Executive Secretary Carrie Basila. Attending on Zoom were trustees Raffy Alunan, Abe Pascual, and RCM Executive Secretary Anna Kun Toledo. Among the updates discussed were:

1. 2023 RCM Golf Tournament date and venue will be finalized by next week

2. Preliminary list of Sponsors for the RCM Golf Tournament were distributed to the Execom

3. The RCMFI Golf Project Committee has been meeting over the past weeks in planning the event.

4. The Treasurer’s Report was delivered by Treasurer Paco.

5. Some hanging issues with the Financial Statements, particularly regarding the SSS payables, are going to be appealed.

6. A reminder should be issued to RCM members that RCM project funding should be coursed through RCMFI in order to enjoy tax privileges.
