The 14th Regular Meeting: A Recap
Recap of the 14th Regular Meeting, which included the Rotary Punlaan Scholarship signing and a talk by DICT Secretary Ivan John Enrile Uy as Guest of Honor and Speaker.

The singing of the RC Manila Hymn was led by the World Famous Music Chorale through an audiovisual presentation.
The 14th Regular Meeting had Rtn. Joel Valdes as Program Moderator/Facilitator. Sounding the bell, RC Manila Pres. Hermie Esguerra called the meeting to order.

The Philippine National Anthem was made more meaningful and alive by the Rotary Club of Manila Audiovisual Presentation, featuring captivating images of Manila Rotarians.
Humbly calling upon our loving Father God, STAR Rtn. Michael Roxas led the Invocation and Special Prayer.

Rtn. Ricky Guevara led the recitation of the Four (4) Way Test.
The week’s birthday celebrants were duly acknowledged, namely Rtn. Teddy Kalaw, PP Francis Juico, Rtn. Marius Angara and Rtn. Teng Catalan. This was followed by the World Famous Music Chorale singing the happy birthday song.

The World Famous Chorale sang RCM’s signature Welcome Song to the delight of the guests and visitors.
The Moderator acknowledged and introduced the Visiting Guests and Rotarians.

Rtn. Alvin Ampil, Chairman of the Rotary Punlaan Foundation Program, presented the signing of the Rotary Punlaan Scholarship Program between the Rotary Club of Manila and The Foundation for Professional Training (Punlaan School). Pres. Hermie Esguerra, Rtn. Alvin Ampil and The Foundation for Professional Training (Punlaan School) officers signed the Rotary Punlaan Scholarship Program.
Pres. Hermie Esguerra highlighted the current projects and various Rotary events that took place in the past week during his President’s time.

PDG Vince Carlos introduced the Guest of Honor and Speaker Hon. Ivan John Enrile Uy, Secretary, Department of Information and Communications Technology.

Important points were further discussed and clarified during the open forum participated by Rtn. Joel Valdes, Dir. Hans Palacios, Rtn. Ricky Guevara, IPD Amading Valdez and Pres. Hermie Esguerra.
President Hermie Esguerra and Programs Committee Chairman IPD Amading Valdez presented the Certificate of Appreciation and a commemorative stamp, attested by Club Secretary Edwin Hernandez, to Guest of Honor and Speaker Hon. Ivan John Enrile Uy, Secretary, Department of Information and Communications Technology.

The singing of the Philippine Rotary Hymn again electrified everybody’s Rotarian spirit. RC Manila Pres. Hermie Esguerra delivered his closing remarks and adjourned the meeting.
