PDG Obet Pagdanganan, Chairman of E-HealthCore and MeTA Philippines, delivering Keynote Address on "Transformational Governance in the Philippine Health Care System" at the 47th Annual Convention of the Philippine College of Hospital Administrators at Century Park Hotel on November 12, 2022.

He spoke about the need to reduce the out-of-pocket health expenses which push millions of Filipinos into poverty. He also highlighted the need to control tuberculosis (TB) cases which causes more deaths (70-85 deaths per day) than COVID-19. The World Health Organization rated the Philippines as the third worst in the world in 2020 in terms of TB case prevalence.
