My dear fellow Manila Rotarians,

Last November 8, we turned over to Pasig River Coordinating and Management Office (PRCMO) our donation of 395 floating trash barriers for the Pasig River. We received this message from Dr. Joan A. Lagunda, DENR Assistant Secretary for Administration and Legislative Affairs and Concurrent OIC Executive Director, PRCMO, and I am touched by her gratitude. The message was also posted on PRCMO's Facebook page.

Thank you, PRCMO, for recognizing Rotary Club of Manila's donation to Pasig River. We are proud to be a part of this effort to improve the river's condition and we are all excited to see the positive impact our collaboration will have on Pasig River!

Sports Fest — Sunday, 13 November 2022

It was a fun day for many of us who attended the Sports Fest last Sunday, November 13, at The Palms Country Club Alabang. This was made possible by the hard work of the Sports Committee led by Chairman/SAA Nagi Zeitouni and Co-Chair Rtn. Rami Chahwan. We had a chance to play different sports such as table tennis, tennis, badminton, basketball, futsal, darts, billiards, foosball, bowling, and other family activities. We also enjoyed the delicious lunch and dinner prepared by the club. I would like to give a big thank you to Chair Nagi, Co-Chair Rami and their team for organizing this successful event, and to all those who attended and made this activity possible.

Note: More photos of the sports activities are featured in the Fellowship/Sports Fest section.
