Lucila C. Tarriela
Ms. Tarriela is a Commissioner in National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC) - Department of Labor and Employment, an Employer Representative in National Tripartite and Industrial Peace Council (NTIPC), the Vice-President of Canlubang Sugar Estate Group of Companies, the Treasurer in Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP), the President of Asian Institute of Human Resource Management (AIHRM) - PMAP, a Past President of People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP), and an Examiner in the Board of Accountancy, Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), 2004-2010.

Hon. Marquez Go, DPM
Marquez “Mark” Go is the representative of the lone district of Baguio. Since 2016, Cong. Mark has maintained zero absences in Congress’ plenary sessions, and has authored and co-authored over 324 bills in the 18th Congress. For the 19th Congress, he has been re-elected as the Chairperson of the Committee on Higher and Technical Education and a member of the Committees on Appropriations, Accounts, Basic Education, Health, Trade and Industry, Housing and Urban Development, Tourism and Labor and Employment. Among his many distinctions in his various organizations include his stints as National President of the People Management Association of the Philippines in 2007; President of the UP Alumni Association, Baguio-Benguet Chapter; President of the Rotary Club of Baguio North; and District Governor of the Rotary International, District 3790.

Hon. Fidel Nograles
Juan Fidel F. Nograles currently is the Chairman of the Committee on Labor and Employment in the House of Representatives. He has spearheaded pressing issues relating to protection of the rights and welfare of workers, and employer-employee cooperation. Fidel is also a Member of the Committee on Information and Communications Technology, Special Committee on Globalization and WTO, Special Committee on Land Use, and Special Committee on Southern Tagalog Development. Fidel first became involved with government work in the Supreme Court with Justice Martin S. Villarama, Jr where he drafted judicial opinions involving Constitutional issues and questions, including the landmark decision of Pedro Arigo v. Scott Swift (G.R. No. 206510, September 16, 2014). Fidel also is the founder and president of Lakbay Hustisya Foundation, the first Legal Aid Trust Fund in the Philippines organized to support jail decongestion measures, legal aid advocacies, and access to justice initiatives in the country.

Antonio I. Panajon
Mr. Panajon is a Professional Manager with 40 plus years of experience in the marketing and management of multinational companies engaged in food and beverage manufacturing and distribution. Good track record of managing for aggressive market share and profits. Retired from day-to-day business operations and lends expertise to several Companies as investor and member of the Board of Directors. Currently, he is the president of Macay Holdings, Inc., the chairman of Summit Leasing and Financing Company, and a board of director and Senior adviser of Tao Corporation.
