Reynaldo M. Gener, DPM

Rene is currently the Executive Director of People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP). He has extensive experience in local, regional & global Human Resource Management and has attended various seminars both here and abroad. He was the President of the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) in 2000 and was awarded as the Outstanding Personnel Manager of the Year (PMY) in 1996.

Efren Alberto Jr., DPM

Efren is the former Head of Human Resources of MOOG Controls Corporation. He started the company. He is also a former part-time professor at St. Louis University, Baguio where he handles graduate courses in organizational behavior, industrial psychology, and human resources. In his 34-year stay in MOOG, Mr. Alberto was a key driver in building, maintaining, and enhancing a philosophy of mutual trust and confidence in his company’s culture and operations. Accordingly, this culture of mutual trust earned various accolades for MOOG to include TESDA’s Kabalikat Award in 1999, PMAP’s People Manager of the Year in 1999, PMAP’s Employer of the Year Award in 2002, and PMAP’s People Program of the Year in 2005. He’s been an active member of the Award’s committee for several years and a member of the Labor Policy Reforms and Industrial Relations Committee.

Julie Miteria, FPM

Julie has been to HR practice for more than 40 years, the latest of which was with SM Supermalls. She was part of the PMAP National Boards for several years and an active member of the PMAP Awards Committee at large. She was once the sub-chair of the People Program of the Year category in PMAP Awards. She was also an assessor in DOLE Productivity Olympics in 2018, was sub-chair of Quality and Productivity in ECOP Kapatid Award and a Philippine Delegate for Employers to ILO (International Labour Organization) Conference in Geneva in 2015, 2018, 2019.

Louisa Mila Echevarria, FPM

Louisa has more than 40 years of solid experience as a people manager and consultant in business management, organization development, labor relations and human resources management. She is the 2020 PMAP National President. A member of the PMAP National Awards Committee at large. Has been one of the judges of National Conciliation and Mediation Board for the Search for Outstanding Labor-Management Council in 2013 and 2019. A Civil Service Commission Judge for The Search for Presidential Lingkod Bayan Award in 2010 and 2021. An active advocate of raising the bar of excellence in people management. A socio-civic leader, a full-blooded Rotarian for more than 28 years. Right now, she serves as a lead mentor for GO NEGOSYO.

Virginia Mendoza, FPM

Virginia is a member of PMAP and has been in the practice of the HR profession for more than 40 years. She has been an active member of the Awards Committee for over 10 years. She’s a former president of First Inter-Resources Mgt., Inc., Vice-President of the Society of Fellows, member of the SOF Accreditation Council, Board Secretary of PMAP National Board, and Treasurer of PMAP Foundation. Currently, she’s serving as a trustee in the PMAP National Board in charge of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee which she has been heading for four years now. She's also a mentor in GO Negosyo and former Vicarial Regent of the Daughters of Mary Immaculate, Archdiocese of Manila.
