On December 18, 2023, a meeting was held with the Philippine Red Cross to discuss potential tie-up activities and partnership with the Rotary Club of Manila. Present at the meeting were Ms. Gwen Pang, the Executive Director of the Philippine Red Cross, Dra. Christie Monina Nalupta, the Director of Blood Services, Rtn. Joshua Aragon, the Emergency and Disaster Relief Committee Chair, and Pres. Raffy Alunan.
