Pres. Rafael “Raffy” M. Alunan III introduced the Manila Rotarians and the RCM staff during the “Meet and Greet” at the ‘Fellowship Lunch” hosted by Clark Development Corporation’s President and CEO, Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera.
