John Michael Cutter

Accomplished in both the dental professions and business development, Dr. Cutter has over 48 years of contributions and achievements in clinical care; dental education; research; marketing; online platforms; patient/staff/provider relations; and contract/vendor negotiations. He has been instrumental in oral health research both as a principal dentist with the NHANES program of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, as well as currently serving as President of TeethCloud, a 33-nation global collaborative that seeks to decrease oral health inequalities by means of dental informatics and the focused professional expertise of its member clinicians, educators, and researchers. A sought-after international speaker, attested to Dr. Cutter’s over 23,000 followers on LinkedIn, he is a recognized key opinion leader for the future of oral health care.

In terms of RCM, following his induction in 2017, Dr. Cutter served as Director in 2021-22, Member in 2021, then Chair of the Ethics Committee (2023-24), Children's Cancer Care Committee (2020-2023), Co-chair of the Community Oral Health Committee (2022-24), and Chair of the Medical Prevention and Treatment Committee (2022-24).
