Rotary Club Talks Sovereignty

Retired Supreme Court Justice Antonio Carpio took center stage during the Rotary Club of Manila’s 3rd regular meeting at the Manila Polo Club in Makati City. During his presentation, Carpio explained the earliest Philippine maps and treaties that support the country’s claim over the Scarborough and Spratly Islands. The discussion was attended by key members including President Jujut Enriquez, Raoul Creencia, Crispiniano Acosta, PD Beda Fajardo, and PP Eusebio Tan.
