Present at the meeting were PP Archit Bartolome (Chairman), PDG Alex Cureg (Vice Chairman), and members PDG Vince Carlos, PD Ner Lonzaga, PD Abe Pascual, PT Chito Tagaysay, Program Chair Rtn. Caloy Serapio, Rtn. Cris Acosta, and Rtn. Colin Patterson.
