An exploratory meeting was held via Zoom on Tuesday, September 17, 2023, at 4:00 PM to discuss a Global Grant aimed at providing pediatric heart surgeries to improve the Cardiovascular Care Network of the Department of Health under the Universal Healthcare. The attendees included President Jujut Enriquez, Secretary Aries Balanay (Chairman, Global Grant), Rtn. Jun Aventura (Project Proponent, Executive Director, Philippine Heart Center), and Ms. Gem Razal (Program Staff, Philippine Heart Center).
