PMGen Nicolas Deloso Torre III

POLICE Major General (PMGen) Nicolas Deloso Torre III is a fine officer, a gentleman, and a dedicated public servant who, for almost 33 years, has been serving the nation with honor, integrity, and distinction. I am proud to introduce him to everyone, for he is the living epitome of a man, a born leader.

He was born on March 11 in Jolo, Sulu. He is a graduate of the Philippine National Police Academy, belonging to the PNPA ‘Tagapaglunsad’ class of 1993, which became a gateway for greater responsibilities, challenges, and opportunities for him as a public servant.

He went through the ladder of different assignments and offices in the PNP until he reached the step where he is now. Before reaching his current position, he held significant positions in various fields of expertise that further exhibited his brilliance as an officer. He was designated as Deputy Regional Director for Operations in NCRPO, Chief of Regional Staff in NCRPO, Deputy Regional Director for Operations in MIMAROPA, Deputy Director for Operations in CIDG, Chief Regional Sstaff of PRO 3, and many other significant positions in the field of law enforcement.

On June 16, 2024, he was designated as Regional Director of Police Regional Ooffice 11. And on September 25, 2024, he assumed his position as the acting director of CIDG.

His love for education and incessant drive for higher knowledge led him to pursue his education at the International Academy of Management and Economics for his Master's in Business Administration. He received academic, military, and police trainings, wherein he was the top one (1) in all his schoolings. Some of these are provincial city directors qualification course, training on police management, pistol instructors’ certification course, human rights international humanitarian law advance course, and many others.

With his notable accomplishments, he received numerous awards and medals, such as Medalya ng Paglaban sa Manliligalig, Medalya ng Pambihirang Paglilingkod, Medalya ng Mabuting Asal, and many more.

Among his significant contributions in the PNP, especially in police operations, is his 3-minute response time policy, which is now adapted and implemented nationwide, and the successful arrest of Pastor Apollo Quiboloy, a significant achievement that exemplifies your unwavering commitment to upholding the law.

Our guest of honor and speaker derives his strength and determination from his supportive wife Patricia and his 3 wonderful sons, Julius, Rod, and Bert, who serve as his greatest source of joy.

Indeed, a real gentleman, family man, and a versatile police officer rolled into one who embodies professionalism and innate skills and is a public servant who reached his well-deserved star rank through hard work, utmost dedication, and commitment to his sworn duties and responsibilities in the Philippine National Police.
