THE 31st TOWER awardees were honored at the National Labor Day celebration on May 1, 2025, at the SMX MOA Convention Center, with His Excellency Ferdinand “Bong Bong” R. Marcos, President of the Republic of the Philippines, and the Honorable Bienvenido E. Laguesma, Secretary of the Department of Labor and Employment.
