Arsenio “Nick” Z. Locsin

Nick Locsin’s story is one of steady evolution — anchored in discipline, lifted by service, and guided by a quiet passion for excellence. Armed with a Business degree from De La Salle and an MBA from UP Diliman, he built a formidable career in finance and investment banking, rising as VP for Finance at Philippine Rock Products. But in 1991, he charted his own course, founding Nissan Rent a Car Philippines, which swiftly became Metro Manila’s largest fleet operator. Though he retired from business in 2016, Nick’s vigor never waned. A lifelong sportsman and a spirited Rotarian, he found joy not only in competition but in connection — walking fairways, building friendships, and strengthening global ties. As Chairman of RCM’s International Relations Committee, he helped forge the Circle of Centennial Rotary Clubs. For Nick, retirement is merely a shift in rhythm — not in resolve. His compass still points firmly toward purpose.
