Carlos “Charlie” G. Serapio

Atty. Charlie Serapio stands as a man torn — once called to priesthood, yet wholly claimed by the law. With Christian ministry in his marrow and jurisprudence as his chosen craft, he has walked the corridors of power with a philosopher’s mind and a disciple’s heart. Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1976, he carries with him the wisdom of Jesuit rigor and Marian devotion, having been a scholar at UP, Ateneo, and Keio University in Japan. His early leadership in the Student Catholic Action paved the way for a life of public service rooted in faith and reason. Behind the scenes, he has advised presidents, cardinals, and political titans, always with discretion and depth. As founding partner of the Magnificat Movement and strategic consultant to international bodies like the UNDP and ADB, Charlie continues to shape policy with principle. His life is a testament to grace forged through law — and purpose lit by belief.
