The Governor's 15 Point Challenge RY 2025-2026

1. Achieve a 15% increase in membership based on the July 2025 club invoice.

2. The club must be at charter strength of at least 20 members on or before April 15, 2026.

3. The club must have a membership retention rate of 85% based on the July 2025 club invoice.

4. Accomplish the Club Excellence Awards on or before April 15, 2026.

5. Achieve a 5% increase in your TRF contribution, or a minimum of US$1,000, whichever is higher.

6. Organize at least one (1) new Rotary/ Satellite/ Rotary Club.

7. The Club must achieve a TRF annual fund contribution of at least $100 per capita.

8. Recruit and mentor at least 2 Rotaractors to your club and conduct at least one (1) service project focused on Economic and Community Development.

9. Install or rehabilitate a Four-Way Test Marker.

10. Achieve 100% subscription to the Philippine Rotary Magazine.

11. Implement sustainable projects and design programs that address long-term community needs of at least 4 of the Rotary's Areas of Focus, with economic and community development as a must in the 4 areas that your clubs will complete.

12. Conduct an activity promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion by involving prospective members from the community, the place of business/work, and the family of Rotary.

13. The club must sponsor at least 5 scholars for education or technical vocational courses that focus on providing practical, job-specific skills and knowledge for a particular trade, preparing students for immediate entry into the workforce.

14. Register at least 3 delegates to the 2026 Rotary International Convention in Taipei, Taiwan, from June 13-17, 2026.

15. Register at least 10 delegates to DISCON 2026.
