IT is a distinct honor to be with you tonight as we celebrate two meaningful milestones—the 106th anniversary of the Rotary Club of Manila, the First in Asia, and the handover of leadership from Immediate Past President Eduardo “Jujut” Enriquez to your new Club President, Raoul Creencia. To witness this tradition of transition and continuity in a Club of such heritage and impact is truly inspiring.

The Rotary Club of Manila has, for more than a century, exemplified service, leadership, and innovation. You have shaped the Rotary landscape not only in the Philippines but across the region.

To President Raoul, congratulations as you take on this vital role. I look forward to supporting your leadership in the coming year. And to IPP Jujut, thank you for your dedicated service and the meaningful accomplishments under your term.

As your District Governor, I am excited to journey with you in Rotary Year 2025–2026. Our theme, Unite for Good, reminds us that collaboration strengthens our mission and brings lasting change to those we serve.
