Ambassador Victor G. Garcia III Honored as One of This Year’s ‘Men of Exemplary Influence’ by the Philippine Cancer Society

AMBASSADOR Victor “Vic” G. Garcia III, distinguished Manila Rotarian and former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Philippines to the Russian Federation (2008–2012), was conferred as one of this year’s Men of Exemplary Influence 2025 by the Philippine Cancer Society.

The honor was bestowed during the 22nd Best Dressed Women of the Philippines (BDWP) Gala held on September 22, 2025, at the Grand Ballroom of Shangri-La The Fort, BGC, Taguig City. The event, known as a premier charity affair, raises vital funds to support cancer awareness, patient assistance programs, and advocacy initiatives.
