Formal Launch of the Rotary Quill

We need to build a nation of readers, a nation of thinkers. Encouraging the youth to love reading is building the foundations of critical thinking, empathy, creativity, and informed citizenship. In a world overflowing with fast, shallow content and constant digital noise, reading offers something radically different: depth, focus, and imagination. - Pres. Raoul C. Creencia

DGND Hermie Esguerra, representing the District Governor, delivered the Inspirational Message during the program, which was attended by school administrators, teachers, students, Rotaractors, and Rotarians from the participating clubs.
