RC Manila Facilitates Donation of a Custom-Made Wheelchair for Grade 9 Scholar Paolo Gabriel Cornel Resurreccion
Past District Governor Lyne Abanilla responded to President Creencia’s appeal with a custom-made wheelchair costing PHP 15,000 for a Grade 9 scholar.

Paolo Gabriel Cornel Resurreccion, a Grade 9 scholar of PAREF Southridge Afternoon School, has been hospitalized since he met an unfortunate accident when he was hit by a motorcycle rider on October 23, 2025. He was initially admitted at Medical City of Muntinlupa (MCM) and later transferred to the University of Santo Tomas Hospital (UST) on October 25, 2025, where he remains under medical care.
Paolo is the youngest child of the late Allan Resurreccion and Michelle O. Cornel, both of whom passed away in 2018. He has since been cared for by his aunt, who is also his legal guardian.

Past District Governor Lyne Abanilla responded quickly to President Raoul Creencia’s appeal for a wheelchair, allowing Paolo to return to school and complete the school year.
The wheelchair, which costs PHP 15,000, was custom-made for Paolo's specific needs.
