This week, the Rotary Club of Manila is honored to welcome Her Excellency MaryKay Carlson, the United States Ambassador to the Philippines, as our distinguished guest speaker. In recognition of her exemplary diplomatic service, steadfast commitment to mutual prosperity, and unwavering support in strengthening the U.S.–Philippine alliance, Ambassador Carlson will be conferred the Most Outstanding Ambassador Award — a testament not only to her personal leadership but to the deepening relationship between our two nations.
