OPLAN KALINGA: Surgical Outreach Mission at Our Lady of Grace Hospital

Our Lady of Grace Hospital in San Dionisio, Parañaque became a place of healing and compassion as the Rotary Club of Manila, RC Manila Foundation, Inc., and the World Surgical Foundation Philippines joined forces for OPLAN KALINGA.

Held on December 11-12, 2025, this surgical outreach mission provided free, essential surgeries to patients who had long-awaited care they could not afford.

Volunteer surgeons, nurses, and medical staff worked with precision and heart, ensuring that each patient left not only with improved health but also with renewed hope for the future.

President Raoul Creencia attended the event, alongside Project Chair Dr. Paul Koh, Co-Chair Dr. Jun Aventura, and Secretary Anton Mauricio. The World Surgical Foundation Philippines team was led by its President, Dr. Suntay.

For many, these procedures were life-changing, offering relief from pain and the chance to reclaim their daily lives.
