Drawing from the company’s own coconut by-products, he pioneered the use of organic pairing oil as a replacement lubricant for low-speed apron rollers and guides. The results were remarkable. By replacing imported synthetic lubricants with locally produced organic oil, maintenance costs dropped from more than ₱ 151,000 monthly to approximately ₱ 11,000, generating annual savings exceeding ₱ 1.6 million while eliminating recurring supply concerns.
