Election BOD RY 2016-2017

Dear Fellow Rotarians,

Please be informed of the following when we prepare to elect for our Directors for the Board for RY 2016-2017 on Thursday – SEPTEMBER 3, 2015:

ONE THIRD OF THE MEMBERSHIP QUORUM: QUALIFICATION TO VOTE and TO BE VOTED UPON

Candidates / Nominees: MEMBERSHIP DUES (at least one semester’s full membership dues or Php 12,500.00) AND FULL PAYMENT OF OTHER CLUB ACTIVITY FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS PAID UP TO DATE AUGUST 27, 2015.

Electorate: MEMBERSHIP DUES (at least one semester’s full membership dues or Php 12,500.00) not later than AUGUST 27, 2015.

ELECTION MANUAL Section on Nomination Rules (G): “Members nominated (and not disqualified for some reason or other) may decline their nomination for valid reason(s). The decision to decline or to accept the nomination should be made in writing and addressed to the Chairman of the Election Committee. However, failure to reply by the nominated member not later than ten (10) days before the Election Day may be regarded by the Election Committee as acceptance of the nomination and as agreement to stand for election to the incoming Board.”
