EXPERIENCE

Senior Adviser & National Master Planner, Office of the President, Republic of Palau (Mar 2017 - Present). Provide leadership in creating the Republic of Palau’s National Master Plan to foster economic development and growth. Responsible for technical direction, building, supervising and mentoring program staff, procuring, managing and oversight of outsourced vendor expertise, day-to-day project finance and operations, and collaboration with public and private stakeholders. Build sustainable global partnerships and catalyze ground up activities fostering a national, multi-sectoral, cross-cutting technical strategy in support of Government objectives. Serve as program curator protecting the natural environment, cultural heritage and beauty of Palau. Principal evangelist for external partners and work with cluster lead agencies to coordinate, drive and monitor foreign investment in various domains, e.g., transportation, power, health, agriculture.
