President Jimmie Policarpio, DE/Dir. Issam Eldebs, AS Rene Policarpio, and PD Nick Locsin together with his Rotary Ann Lucille attended the 69th Charter and Charity Night of the Rotary Club of Taipei last October 14, 2017 at the Mega Room of the W Hotel in Taipei, Taiwan. They arrived in Taipei last October 13, 2017 and were met at the airport by the Rotary Club of Taipei officials led by Great President Jack Tsai. The delegation, during its stay, likewise touched base with former Manila Rotarian Reiner Allgeier and Past Rotary International President Gary Huang. Sister club agreement with our club was likewise renewed during the said event. Past Rotary International President Gary Huang as well as the members of the Rotary Club of Taipei expressed their desire to attend our centennial celebration in Rotary Year 2018-2019.

Rotary Club of Dhonburi

Dear President Jimmie Policarpio,

The Rotary Club of Dhonburi, the second oldest Rotary Club in Thailand and the first to hold its meetings in Thai, is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year. For six decades the Rotary Club of Dhonburi has been at the forefront of Rotary in Thailand, having founded and co-founded 30 Rotary Clubs in its time, and successfully completed numerous social contribution projects. Taking this opportunity, the Rotary Club of Dhonburi wishes to extend its invitation to you and your club members to the celebration on Saturday, 4 November at The Avani Riverside Bangkok Hotel. Not only do we hope that you would join us in the celebration of our important milestone but we also want to set a scene for you to catch up with old friends and make new ones.
