Dear Dir. Albert: Greetings in the name of Rotary! Preparation for Rotary Year 2019-2020 is now in full swing and our district takes pride and cognizance of your strong commitment and dedication to the thrusts and Object of Rotary in your years of service as a Rotarian. Your great passion for Service Above Self coupled with your love for fellowship show that you are ready to take the position of leadership beyond the club level and as such, I am much honored to welcome you to the District Leadership Team for RY 2019-2020 who are all determined to work in furtherance of the theme "ROTARY CONNECTS THE WORLD".
It is then with utmost pride that I formally appoint you as SENIOR DEPUTY GOVERNOR FOR DISTRICT PUBLICATION & GML EDITOR-IN-CHIEF. Your primary role is to assist and support the District Governor with the administration of your assigned task, always mindful of Rotary International's priorities and the governor's mandate to maintain a district that is fully functional in line with the new vision statement of Rotary International.
