Ambassador Jorge Moragas presented before Manila Rotarians and their guests, the bilateral relations between Spain and the Philippines in various aspects such as trade, economic and industrial relations, advocating the program of the Philippine government’s build, build, build infrastructure projects, promotion and reciprocal protection of investments, on civil rights, air transportation, tourism, renewable energies and biofuels, cultural, sports and educational cooperation and the fight against transnational crimes, among others.
