From the Programs Committee

Dear Fellow Manila Rotarians,

As our nation and the world maintain resilience amidst a global pandemic, we yearn for stories of hope and words of wisdom that touch the very essence of who we are as human beings. Hence, revealing our core values through our shared tales of Service Above Self brings us to reflect on the Rotarian spirit embedded in each of us. As men for others, we are often expected to take an inflexible perspective yet being in touch with the feminine side of events brings a heart to service. As such, it comes as no surprise that a woman of substance who is poised to take the helm of Rotary International as its milestone first lady President, RIPN Jennifer Jones, motivates us to unleash who we are through our stories of doing good in the world. Further, Rev. Fr. Alexander Balatbat, Director of Our Lady of Antipolo Retreat House under the Diocese of Antipolo, will help us realize our true calling as beacons of Service Above Self through the kind of reflection that rekindles the fire of Rotary passion in each of us. Join us for a meeting of reflection in furtherance of Service Above Self.

Yours in the service of Rotary,
