Among those who participated in the open forum were President Bobby Joseph, Programs Committee Chairman IPVP Hermie Esguerra, VPE Henning Karcher, BLA/IPD Amading Valdez, PDG Obet Pagdanganan, PT Chito Tagaysay and Dir. Celso Abastillas.
