A: The following item in the Code of Policies is authoritative: “4.2.1.9 RI and District Events Committee x x x Speakers’ Bureau Maintain a ready pool of prospective SPEAKERS in the Club to be tapped by various Rotary clubs requesting for event speaker at short notice.”
Q: What is the function of the Interclub Fora and Projects Sub-Committee?
A: The following item in the Code of Policies is authoritative: “4.2.1.9 RI and District Events Committee x x x Interclub Fora and Projects Conduct and encourage joint service projects such as fellowship activity with other Rotary clubs to include Interclub visits and Sports competitions; and supervise the arrangements for an informal intercity, inter district fora with speakers and/or resource persons on Rotary and other timely topics of general interest.”
Q: What is the function of the District Conference (DISCON)/ District Assembly (DISTAS) Sub-Committee?
