Q: Does the Rotary Club of Manila have an organizational chart for the Secretariat?

A: Yes. The following item in the Code of Policies is authoritative: “5.2.2 Organizational Structure of the Secretariat x x x

Q: Does the Board of Directors have the right to the exclusive control and management over all functions and facilities of the entire business of the club?

A: Yes. The following item in the Code of Policies is authoritative: “5.2.3 Board of Directors’/Management Prerogatives The Board of Directors, referred to as Management, shall have the right to the exclusive control and management over all functions and facilities of the entire business -- including the work force -- of the Club. The Board is responsible for creating and maintaining RCM’s organizational structure, resourcing, training and development of RCM employees, planning and implementing compensation and benefits program, and establishing administrative guidelines and practices.”
