Dear Fellow Manila Rotarians,
With the summer heat gradually inching its way to our abodes as the heat of complexities in business and industry brought about by the onslaught of the global pandemic has given rise to much anxieties, let our CLASSIFICATION THURSDAY bring airconditioning and refrigeration contracting services as well as investment house in finance and investments the kind of cool we so earnestly need as STAR Rtn. LA Sevilla and STAR Rtn. Xavy Zialcita quench the heat of our lives.
We shall likewise have the Q&A segment / Open Forum for last week’s Classification Talk speakers, namely, PT Chito Tagaysay, Rtn. Jordan Pizarras and STAR Rtn. Robi Joseph. Our Classification Talks will surely bring the kind of breeze we need as our environment heats up. It’s a cool thing, 12PM, March 18!
Meanwhile, our club, the Rotary Club of Manila, as the First in Asia, possesses a rich cultural heritage, many bits and pieces of which may not have been passed on to the new breed of Manila Rotarians. As such, your Programs Committee, in its resolve to preserve the glory of yesteryears, endeavors to introduce a new portion in our weekly membership meeting program, entitled, TIMELESS RCM MOMENTS. This maximum of three minutes segment aims to inform the present members of trivial knowledge about Asia’s First Rotary Club, practiced traditions and gainful Rotary International information in relation to our club as told by the gentlemen who have witnessed these milestones throughout the years and those who are cognizant of vital Rotary information which our members ought to know.
Get to know more about the legend that is the Rotary Club of Manila from the men who have witnessed its charm and who are vigilant of new trends in Rotary International. We are also inviting members to volunteer in sharing the milestones of the club which we can share during our weekly meeting.
Stay tuned next week as history unfolds.
Very truly yours,
