Q: Do Ex-Deals exist in the Rotary Club of Manila?

A: The following item in the Code of Policies is authoritative:

"3.2.2.1.6 Ex-Deals Ex-Deals exist to assist in defraying and minimizing certain costs in the operations of RCM.”

Q: Are Ex-Deals encouraged?

A: The following item in the Code of Policies is authoritative:

"3.2.2.1.6 Ex-Deals xxx xxx xxx Ex-deals are not encouraged and should be reviewed by the Treasurer for financial prudence prior to submission to the RCM board for approval. Any possible conflicts of interest must be disclosed to the RCM Board prior to any deal arrangement being approved. The absence of such declaration will result in cancellation of deal contract.”

Q: How many months notice in advance should be given for expiring Ex-Deals?

A: The following item in the Code of Policies is authoritative:

"3.2.2.1.6 Ex-Deals xxx xxx xxx The Secretariat is required to provide the Treasurer three (3) months advance notice of expiring Ex-Deals.”
