Our milestone achievements of obtaining our Philippine Council for NGO Certification (PCNC) Renewal and our Certificate of Registration from the BIR with respect to Donors Tax Exemption have aroused interest on the rudiments of the RCManila Foundation, Inc. from among our members. Thus, we have invited PCNC Trustee PDG LYNE ABANILLA and Corporate Governance Expert Prof. DANIEL WONG BARRENECHEA of the Ateneo de Manila University Graduate School of Business to enlighten us on the foundation and its intricacies in the light of present governing rules. It’s Corporate Governance Thursday today on our 43rd Membership Meeting as we near the homestretch of a fruitful Rotary year.
