PABLO VIRGILIO S. DAVID, D.D., Bishop of the Diocese of Kalookan and President-Elect of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines (CBCP), as we seek the Divine Providence for guidance in undertaking the nominations for the candidates for the Board of Directors of Asia’s First Rotary Club for RY 2022-2023.
