Chairman and Programs Committee Chairman PVP Hermie Esguerra presents the accomplishment report on the recently-conducted Relief Operations for Flood Victims in Cavite, a joint community service project of the Rotary Club of Manila and RCManila Foundation, Inc., followed by testimonies of three (3) STAR Rotarians, namely: STAR Rtn. Mike Albaña, STAR Rtn. Anton Mauricio and STAR Rtn. Teddy Tee Jr.
