The event was a great success last Saturday and the Rotary Club of Bangkok was very appreciative of the support they received from the Rotary Club of Manila for their event. We used the extra tickets purchased by the Rotary Club of Manila to sponsor a group of Rotaract nursing school graduates to attend the fundraising dinner. The young ladies were really excited and happy to have the chance to attend. They would not have been able to join the event without the support from our generosity.

I would like to personally thank all of the Rotary Club of Manila members who sponsored the tickets manifesting the support you have showed our sister club. Rotary Club of Manila was the number 1 supporting club in Asia with the most tickets purchased for the night. I am very proud to be associated with such a prestigious club that leads by actions of the members proving that the Rotary motto of “Service Above Self” is at the core of the Rotary Club of Manila.
