Present were IBLA/Dir. Amading Valdez (Chairman), DDCC/PP Bobby Joseph, ISDG/ISAG/DE/Dir. Albert Alday, LCP Aries Balanay (Rotary Club of Intramuros Manila) and ES Anna Kun Toledo.
