Name: Evaristo G. Vazquez, Jr. Nationality: Filipino. Place of Birth: Manila. Date of Birth: October 26, 1952

Work Experience

2010 – Present: J. VAZCO, INC. President/Owner. Directly involved in the management and operation of the company. J. VAZCO, Inc., the industry leader and pioneer of concrete surface solutions in the Philippines. The company’s unique expertise includes Concrete FLATWORK, POLISHING, and RESTORATION.

1995 - 2006: VAZQUEZ BUILDING SYSTEM CORP., Pasig City. Chief Operating Officer. Oversaw the management and the operation of a diversified company concerned with mass housing projects using the patented Vazbuilt System. The number of personnel makes 1,000 staff, contractors, subcontractors, and workers. The total number of housing units constructed since 1992 is 5,000. Operations involves construction management, project management, corporate and strategic planning, and marketing management. Gross Sales is P 850 MILLION for one developer-client namely LAGUNA PROPERTIES HOLDINGS, INC., the mass housing arm of AYALA CORP. The company introduced the concept of Retail Housing in the construction industry by tapping lot owners wanting to build a house on their properties. Financing had been arranged with Rizal Commercial Banking Corp, also known as RCBC.

1995: Responsible for Construction, Engineering Training, Development, Budget Management and Value Engineering. Successfully implemented the Manufacturing Department Modernization Program in which productivity was increased by 60 percent from current capacity.

1980 – 1992: FOOD FACTORS CORP., Manila. President and CEO. Managed the operations and planning of a leading food manufacturer involved in food processing, canning, bottling, packaging and distribution of different food products and condiments throughout the country. In 1991, FFC was one of two leading local vinegar manufacturers and distributors in the country. Manpower was 500 workers with vast distribution networks of groceries, department stores, and supermarkets.

Position Held

1990 President of Philippine Vinegar Association (PVIA). President of Integrated Food Manufacturers Association IFMC is a national association of major food manufacturers and distributors which works to improve the productivity of the food industry. 1991-1993 Association of Young Professional Entrepreneurs (AYPE) 1974-1976
