STAR Rtn. Joel Talampas recites the Rotarian Pledge as a perfect prelude in fostering and strengthening ties amongst fellow Rotarians by way of reinforcing their resolve in furtherance of Service Above Self.

Star Rtn. Bon Li leads the recitation of the Four (4) Way Test for Manila Rotarians to renew their commitment to the Rotary movement.
