Jimenez, Director IV, Education and Information Department and Spokesman of the COMELEC, enlighten us on our right of suffrage and election rules while we induct His Excellency Antonio Jose Maria De Souza e Silva, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Brazil to the Republic of the Philippines.
