2007- Present, Middleby Philippines Corporation

An American company holding the head office in Chicago USA. One of the biggest kitchen equipment manufacturing in the world with over 58 brands produced all over the worlds including the Philippines.

Vice President Of Operation Reporting directly to the President GM in the head office Chicago.

Increased efficiency and productivity, reduced man hour and overtime. Directly negotiated with suppliers, reduced material cost in the first couple of years by 10%, Reduced freight cost. Organized the warehousing, lowered the inventory level. Planned the expansion from our existing 5500 m2 plant to almost double the size. Travelled to other divisions to help in improving efficiency, productivity and reduce material cost.

2014- Present, N&MMO Chefgourmet.Inc.

A food manufacturing plant (Commissary). Our company takes pride in producing all kinds of different food products, we have our own line of products and we also assist companies and produce their own. We proudly serve to mention few, five star hotels, like Marriott, Sheraton, Hilton, Shangri-La, Country clubs like The Palms, Hospitals like Asian Hospital Alabang, Franchises like Wendy’s, Kenny Rogers, Roasters and other.

2005 - 2007, Sabis International

As HR Manager, my team interviewed candidates from all over the world for all different positions, Directors, Managers, Accountants, Supervisors, Teachers etc. to be placed in schools in deferent countries. As Project Manager we visited over 70 schools in the UAE, interviewed all the staff in each school, we also evaluated each school from the building status all the way to the furnishing. The plan was for Sabis International to run these schools for the government of UAE.

Sabis International School Operates in over 18 countries. International school holding its head office in Lebanon, and has schools all over the world.

HR Manager / Project Manager

2003 - 2005, Fancy Pocket Corporation

Large factory in Canada and another one in the US. Holding head office in Canada, 100,000.00’s of Pita bread, Bagels and tortillas were produced daily to be distributed all over Canada and the US.

Management Consultant

Assisted the President, GM to reorganize the company. We managed to increase productivity and efficiency, we developed a solid QA department reducing 10’s of customer complaints on a daily bases to almost none. We reduced the numbers of rejects from 1000’s of pcs on a daily bases to almost none. Helped develop the HACCP program and directly dealt with both the CFIA (Canadian food inspection agency) FDA US.

My responsibilities were planning of production, purchasing, shipping, R&D and QA department. Developed both ISO and HACCP programs, and directly dealt with both the CFIA (Canadian food inspection agency) FDA US. Was in charge of the expansion, both planning and execution.

In charge of the whole operation. In 1999 we got a big contract in Saudi Arabia. I help them get the contract and I set up the relocation of the company but did not want to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
