23rd Regular Meeting: A Recap

BSP Governor Felipe Medalla was Guest of Honor and Speaker at the 23rd Regular Meeting, which also recognized the donors of the Global Grant for Rotary Vision Care.

Rtn. Anton Mauricio led the recitation of the Four (4) Way Test.

The 23rd Regular Meeting had Program Committee Chair, PD Amading Valdez, as Moderator/Facilitator. Sounding the bell, Pres. Hermie Esguerra called the meeting to order. Apart from the live singing by the members and guests in attendance, the rendition of the Philippine National Anthem was made more meaningful by the Rotary Club of Manila Audiovisual Presentation, featuring captivating images of Manila Rotarians.

Humbly calling upon our loving Father God, AT PJ Garcia led the Invocation and Special Prayer.

The singing of the Philippine Rotary Hymn again electrified everybody’s Rotarian spirit.

The World Famous Chorale sang RCM’s signature Welcome Song to the delight of the guests and visitors.

The Moderator acknowledged and introduced the Visiting Guests and Rotarians.

The week’s birthday celebrants were duly acknowledged, namely Rtn. Xavy Xialcita, STAR Rtn. Anthony Paul Koh and Rtn. Jed Dayang. This was followed by the World Famous Music Chorale singing the RCM’s unique and captivating happy birthday song.

Pres. Hermie Esguerra delivered his message during the President’s Time.

STAR Rtn. Aries Balanay duly recognized and acknowledged the donors of the Global Grant for Rotary Vision Care.

Important matters were further discussed and clarified during the open forum participated by PP Archit Bartolome, IPP Chito Zaldarriaga, PT Lito Sibayan and Mr. Andrew Masigan (guest).

PP Archit Bartolome introduced the Guest of Honor and Speaker, Hon. Felipe Medalla, Governor, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

Guest of Honor and Speaker BSP Gov. Felipe Medalla, delivered his much well-received address.

President Hermie Esguerra and Programs Committee Chairman IPD Amading Valdez presented the Token of Appreciation, attested by Club Secretary Edwin Hernandez, to Guest of Honor and Speaker Hon. Felipe Medalla, Governor, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

Pres. Hermie Esguerra delivered his closing remarks and adjourned the meeting. The World Famous Music Chorale once again took the floor for the live and heartfelt singing of the RC Manila Hymn.
