Mr. Grant Javier
Guest speaker's profile: Executive Director of Project Inclusion Network and Founder and Convenor of the Philippine Business and Disability Network.
Grant is the founder of Project Inclusion Network, a non-profit organization that provides opportunities for people with disabilities to be productive and contributing members of society. Project Inclusion Network has assisted thousands of people and hundreds of organizations in implementing disability workplace inclusion practices.
He is also the founder and convenor of the Philippine Business and Disability Network (PBDN), an accredited network of the United Nations' International Labor Organization - Global Business and Disability Network (ILO-GBDN) in Geneva, Switzerland. It currently has 41 members, including multinational and local corporations such as JPMorgan and Chase, IBM, Asurion, Paypal, CitiHub, Coca-Cola, Nestle, Smart, and others.
He also serves on the boards of the YMCA of Makati and the No One in Need Foundation Inc. He is a missionary with the Missionary Families of Christ and is assigned as the Missions Coordinator for Luzon as well as the entire continent of Europe, where he lived for 7 years with his wife serving both Eastern and Western Europe. He was recently appointed as the Indian Subcontinent Coordinator. He is a champion for people with disabilities, a pro-life advocate, a youth worker, and an accomplished speaker both at home and abroad.
He holds a Master of Arts in Religious Studies from the Don Bosco Center of Studies, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from De La Salle University.
He is married to Marie Gay and has five children: Pablo, Benita, Lourdes, Guadalupe, and Isidro. Pablo, his eldest son, was diagnosed with Autism at the age of two and is the driving force behind Project Inclusion.
