Coconut Tree Certificates for PDG Vince Carlos and PD Issam Eldebs
Assistant Secretary Celia Anna M. Feria, Office of Cultural Diplomacy, Department of Foreign Affairs, sponsors coconut trees for PDG Vince Carlos and PD Issam Eldebs through HOPE.
Since 2014, HOPE has been supporting coconut farmers in the Philippines who are given coconut seedlings that grow produce for families and communities. Each seedling eventually grows into a coconut tree that sequesters 417.58 kilos of carbon during its entire lifespan to combat climate change.
